2. Retail - Some of the most popular retail positions are customer service, retail manager, floor supervisor, and greeter. Retail jobs offer a lot of flexibility, including part-time and seasonal positions.
3. Government - A number of government jobs are available for elderly employees, especially those looking to work for the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Transportation Security Administration.
4. Computer work - Although some specific training is required to learn new skills, there are lots of tech-related jobs for older workers, including everything from data entry to data communication systems and networks.
5. Temp agencies - Reputable temp agencies can place elderly workers in a number of ideal jobs. These positions usually offer flexible schedules and can be part-time or full-time.

Those with oncology jobs at one prestigious organization were recently honored for their patient satisfaction among women.

WomenCertified recently named Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Eastern Regional Medical Center in Philadelphia as one of the nation's Top 100 Hospitals for Patient Experience. The facility was ranked sixth in the nation for its high female patient satisfaction.

Hospitals were ranked using a process that incorporates scores from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems; a number of other criteria that are important to women; and WomenCertified's own in-depth research on customer satisfaction among women.

"At CTCA we strive to do everything we can to improve the patient experience, while remaining focused on helping those facing cancer fight their disease and maintain a high quality of life," John McNeil, president and CEO of CTCA in Philadelphia, said in a statement.
